Harris County Precinct 4's Visual Style

As Senior Graphic Designer for Harris County Precinct 4, I have led the redesign process for the new branding for Commissioner Lesley Briones. She chose a seal to be more similar with counties across Texas, leaning into branding inspired by the Texas State Seal. Counties are subset of state government, which is noted in the official seal. Commissioner Briones added a few personal touches to bring in elements of equality, justice, and resilience. Working collaboratively with the rest of the Precinct 4 Communications Division, we have finished the first quarter of our rebranding efforts.
